The voice you hear in the 21 Day Reset is Jay's own, recorded by Jay. It is not an AI voice and not a clone. The underlying music is licensed from royalty-free sources, made by human musicians, not generated by AI. AI tools were used only to help write and refine the text, meaning the affirmations and journal prompts. So the Reset is a human-voiced, human-music program with AI-assisted writing, and nothing more than that.
We want to be exact about this because we make two different kinds of work and we do not blur them. The 21 Day Reset is the human-voiced program described above. Separately, our YouTube music catalog (a different project) does use AI music tools and consented voice clones, and we label that work as AI-made wherever we publish it. Those are two distinct things. If you bought or are considering the Reset, the AI-music disclosure about the catalog does not apply to it.
