This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, purchase the 21-Day Subliminal Reset, or sign up for our free sample, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language. Defined legal terms are explained the first time they appear.
The 21-Day Subliminal Reset is operated by Justo Cesar Cruz Rosario, sole trader, registered at Arnhem, Netherlands. KVK registration pending. Trading as JDJ Wellness.
For the purposes of EU data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal information described below. A data controller is the person or company that decides what personal data is collected and what it is used for.

We collect only what we need to run the service. Specifically:
When you sign up for the free 3-minute sample. Your email address. Optionally your first name if you provide it.
When you purchase the 21-Day Subliminal Reset. Your name and email address, the country you are purchasing from, and the items you have purchased. Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf; we never see or store your full card number.
When you use the program. Information about which sessions you have accessed, when you accessed them, and whether you opened the daily emails. We use this to deliver the program reliably and to know if a customer is having trouble accessing content.
When you visit the landing page. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and any analytics we use may set cookies and collect standard browser information (IP address, browser type, pages visited). See section 9 below on cookies.
We do not collect health information, location data beyond country, payment card details, biometric data, or data about minors. The program is sold to adults only.
Under EU data protection law (GDPR Article 6), every use of your personal data needs a legal basis. Ours are:
Contract (you have purchased or signed up for the program). We use your email and name to deliver the product you bought, including sending you each day's session, granting access to the content, and handling support requests.
Legitimate interest. We use limited usage information (which sessions you have accessed, email open rates) to make sure the delivery flow works and to fix issues. This is a soft data use that respects your privacy; you can object to it at any time (see section 7).
Consent. If you sign up for the free sample or our updates list, we send you those by email because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Legal obligation. Some data is retained because tax or consumer protection law requires it (for example, transaction records for VAT reporting).
We share your data only with the service providers we need to run the service:
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send promotional emails to anyone who did not ask for them.
If we ever change providers, we will update this policy with the new processor's information.
The service providers listed above are based in the United States. When your personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (the European Commission's approved legal mechanism for international data transfers) to ensure your data is protected at an equivalent level to EU law.
Free sample signups (email + name). We keep these as long as you are subscribed to our list. You can unsubscribe at any time and we delete the entry on request.
21-Day Reset customer data (email + name + purchase info). Because the program includes lifetime access, we keep your account active for as long as you may want to re-access the content. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, but you will lose access to the program (we have no way to deliver content to a customer whose contact details we have deleted).
Payment records. Retained for 7 years to satisfy Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst requirement for VAT records).
Usage data. Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days; individual access logs are deleted at that point unless a support issue is open.
Under GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We would appreciate it if you contacted us first so we can try to fix the issue, but you do not have to.
Our website and the 21 Day Reset landing page may set the following types of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site to function. No consent required.
Analytics cookies. If we use any analytics tool, it would be limited to anonymous, aggregated page visits. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracker that builds a profile of individual visitors.
Lemon Squeezy checkout cookies. When you click through to checkout, Lemon Squeezy sets cookies to manage your purchase. See their cookie policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
We do not use ad-targeting cookies, do not share data with ad networks, and do not run retargeting campaigns.
The 21-Day Reset is sold and delivered to adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data: HTTPS encryption on all pages that handle personal data, access controls on internal systems, and reliance on reputable service providers (Lemon Squeezy, Kit, Cloudflare) who maintain their own security standards. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a unique strong password if any of our service providers require account creation on your side.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make changes that meaningfully affect how we handle your data, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top. The current version is always available at justdivinejourney.com/privacy.
