The voice you hear is Justo's own, recorded and mastered by him. The music underneath is licensed from royalty-free sources. We used AI tools only to help write and refine the text of the affirmations and the journal prompts. We would rather tell you exactly how it is made than leave you wondering. This does not change what the program is or how you use it.

The music

Our music is AI-generated audio, produced under human creative direction. The voices you hear are our own, cloned from our real voices with our consent, and used only by us on our own channels. The videos are AI-generated. We label this work as made with AI wherever we publish it, because we would rather you know than wonder. The intention behind each piece is human. The tools that render it are not, and we say so plainly.
